Should You Choose VEGAMOUR or Nutrafol? Find Out

If you've ever experienced hair loss, you know how much it affects your overall well-being and mood. A good hair day can leave you feeling confident, but if you're worried about excessive hair shedding and bald spots, your mood could quickly dip.

Thankfully, there are products available that can help restore your hair to its former crowning glory. In fact, there are heaps of supplements and treatments claiming to help your hair grow, so we thought we'd put two bestselling, 100% natural products to the test: Nutrafol and VEGAMOUR.

So, if you're wondering which natural product will genuinely help you achieve glossy, gorgeous, long hair, keep reading to find out.

VEGAMOUR

Relatively new to the hair growth market, VEGAMOUR has an extensive range of products alongside an army of devoted fans. Seriously, people love to sing VEGAMOUR's praises! From 100% natural hair growth serums to the gorgeous- scented shampoo and conditioners, each product in the collection has been clinically tested — and the results are impressive. Plus, every product is entirely vegan and nontoxic. (Heart eyes emoji!)

We decided to try the GRO Biotin Gummies 3 Pack alongside the GRO WELL Boost Supplement + Probiotic and, honestly, color us impressed! Just like the customer reviews stated, we also experienced impressive results.

The tasty strawberry-flavored GRO Biotin Gummies 3 Pack features a combination of vitamins and minerals that work to strengthen hair and nourish the scalp, so hair has a chance to grow long, strong and thick. Perfect!

In fact, one of our staffers became utterly obsessed with the gummies and said, "My hair began to really flourish and shine in just two months! As a vegan, I was initially skeptical about taking a supplement, but VEGAMOUR's gummies taste good and don't contain any nasty ingredients."

Understanding that true hair wellness comes from within, VEGAMOUR recently added the GRO WELL Boost Supplement + Probiotic to its collection.  Not only are they 100% vegan and gluten-free, but the adaptogen and probiotic mix bring together vital vegan nutrients that visibly boost hair growth.

The supplement comes in four individual flavors — Matcha Green Tea, Mixed Berry, Peach Mango and Cacoa — and there's also a multipack if you don’t want to commit to just one flavor. The entire Long Hair Trends team adored every one of these tasty powder drinks.

The ingredients list is pretty impressive too. Saw Palmetto helps inhibit DHT to support healthy hair growth. Curcumin/Piperine is an antioxidant proven in clinical studies to reduce oxidative stress caused by free radicals, so your scalp remains healthy. The Horsetail Root contains selenium and cysteine for good circulation and healthy hair growth. And the various vitamins and minerals restore balance for whole-body wellness.

It’s unanimous: We all love the VEGAMOUR products and saw actual results quickly.

Nutrafol

Though Nutrafol products are 100% natural, unfortunately, not vegan or even vegetarian, which immediately put some of the team off. And rather than tasty gummies, the formula comes in a pill that contains 21 ingredients.

The ingredient list is impressive, but with so many ingredients in just one pill, it's kind of hard to grasp what all you're ingesting. We were also surprised to see collagen so high up on the list because the studies linking collagen to hair regrowth are pretty thin.

We expected to see serious hair regrowth results from taking Nutrafol daily, but many of us concluded that Nutrafol is truly more of a wellness product than a targeted hair loss remedy. The pills are super easy to ingest, but they're nowhere near as fun as a flavored drink, and a few of us quickly forgot to take them with breakfast.

There are some great options for women, men and those dealing with postpartum side effects, and it's clear that the ingredients are all of high quality. In addition, the packaging is super sleek and won't take up too much shelf space, which is good.

The Results

Our hair was shiny when we took Nutrafol, but overall, the results were a little less impressive than what we experienced with VEGAMOUR.

The two VEGAMOUR products we tried not only tasted great, but they made us feel good from the inside out. Plus, we saw impressive hair growth results. So if you're looking to supplement your diet for the sake of good hair, we recommend you give VEGAMOUR a try.
